Overview
My team was tasked with the challenge of introducing the new loyalty program, CLUB HARRY, while not confusing the customers of the existing loyalty program. In order help with the seamless transition between new and old programs, we wanted to give this program its own unique personality. We kept the copy simple, clean, and informational while still maintaining the overall elevated Harry Rosen brand tone. My main messaging goal was to educate on how the program works and ultimately incentivize sign up.
